PASSENGER AIRBAG (PAB) SWITCH I. Passenger Airbag switch is used to activate and deactivate the passenger Airbag in the Vehicle. The Switch located on the left side of the dashboard. This switch can be accessed once the co-driver side door is opened. PAB Switch ON: When an adult is seated in the front passenger seat, ensure that PAB switch is turned to ‘ON’ position. This will ensure that the passenger airbag is operational in the event of a collision. PAB Switch OFF: If it required to fit a child restraint on the front passenger seat, ensure that PAB switch is turned to ‘OFF’ position. This will ensure that the passenger airbag must be de-activated. This switch can be operated by using ignition /Remote Key.
