BONNET INSULATION REMOVAL AN. 1. Open the bonnet. 2. Pull out the insulation from the bonnet assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. GLASS AO. FIXING OF WIND SCREEN GLASS & TAIL GATE GLASS The glasses are directly pasted to sheet metal flanges using sealant. We give below the Equipment / materials required and the procedure for fixing the Wind screen and Backlight glasses. EQUIPMENTS REQUIRED: • 1.Pneumatic applicator gun with holding arrangement for sealant cans. 2. Vacuum cups for holding glasses. 3. Tensioner Belt for holding Rear Quarter Fixed glass. NOTE While pulling out the Bonnet insulation, care should be taken such that clips do not get damage if found damaged replace the same with the new one. BODY 60
