BRAKES_MR 43 from falling into the ports of HCU or entering the brake pipes. 12.Loosen & remove the mountings of I-VBAC Unit & take out the I - VBAC Unit. NOTE: I - VBAC UNIT is not serviceable. Complete Unit Need To Be Replaced In Case Of Failure. INSTALLATION 1. Place & align the I-VBAC unit with the mounting studs at appropriate places. 2. Mount & tighten the nuts of unit to specified torque (2.0 – 2.5) & sequence. 3. Connect the ECU harness connector & Motor connector. 4. Reconnect brake lines. Be certain that the brake lines have been connected to the correct ports to ensure proper I - VBAC operation. Tighten the coupling nut to specified torque. 5. Connect the hose pipe TMC reservoir to I - VBAC Unit. 6. Connect the both suction hose of AC system & fill the gas. 7. Locate & mount the Battery tray.
