SUSPENSION_MR 27 SERVICE OF RUBBER PAD A. Remove the rubber pad from the CS Peel the rubber pad from coil spring manually. B. Cleaning of spring surface Buff the lower surface of the spring by sand paper of Grit size 120* to remove residual rubber and glue. C. Manual Assembly of spring and DRP Evenly apply Henkel 415 grade Loctite on rubber seat. Ensure Contact of the rubber pad and coil spring during manual assembly and Hold for 30 Sec. After Assembly use Tie band on start End point and middle of the rubber pad. NOTE Complete system of CS + Glued Pad to be replaced.
