5. Fix the brake lines and parking brake cable mounting on the torsion beam. 6. Fix the back plate assembly along with brake shoes and stub axle to the torsion beam. 9. Top up the brake fluid and carry out the bleeding of brakes. (Refer brakes). 7. Fit the brake drum. 8. Fix the shock absorber and coil spring to the torsion beam. (Refer the refitment of shock absorber and coil springs) G. SUSPENSION PRE-LOADING CONDITION 1. Install twist beam front pivot bush using special tools as shown in below arrangement. 2. After working on any of the following fasteners, do not apply complete torque. Just do the partial or hand tightening. Ensure that no clamping torque applied. a. LCA front bush fastener b. RTB Pivot mounting fasteners c. Rear Shock absorber bottom mounting fastener. 3. Load the vehicle with two persons in front and one in rear such that one person on driver and co-driver seat each and one person on rear seat in center of seat. The weight of the person seating should be between 70Kg to 80Kg. 4. Rumble the vehicle suitably. 5. Tighten the bolt with the specified torque. 6. It is to be ensured that vehicle is kept loaded as per point no. 3 while performing activity no. 4 to no. 6. 7. Unladen the vehicle. NOTE Loosen the fasteners partially ensuring that • no clamping torque applied and bolt is not disengaged from nut.
