ROUTINES FOR DCT 16. 1. Reset Adaption (0xFDFA) Reset adaption routine is used to reset the DATASET HCU & DATASET CPC from TCU EEPROM. This • routine is required when HCU is replaced inside the transmission or CPC adaption bring to default condition . 2. AutoPark N2P(Neutral to Park) disabled (F88C). This feature gives flexibility to lock /unlock Park lock which is applied to Transmission. This can be done through Diagnostic (UDS command) 3. Service_rev_Up_Counter_Reset_Request (0xF88D) This routine is used to reset the counter for allowing to rev up engine upto 5000 RPM. This routine is used • to increase engine RPM upto 500 rpm for DMF calibration. This routine is used in service when revving of engine is required (e’g. replacement of DMF/Replacing and • Flashing of EMS). If this counter is zero, then DCT TCU limits engine RPM below 4000 rpm. • 4. Reset Specific DIAG KLV Values(0xF88E) This routine serves the purpose of resetting the values of maximum transmissible torques stored in eeprom • for the clutch and the brake. It shall be executed when servicing the transmission system after the posting of either the DTC P3130 or the DTC P3131. 5. CPC Adaptions (0xF889) The clutch and brake, require an adaption procedure where the clutch and brake’s actuation kiss point and • preload is determined and stored on the TCU EEPROM memory. This procedure runs mainly on the TCU, after giving the specific CPC adaption request. Goal of the CPC is to Calculate the current target for realizing a desired clutch pressure, • Closed-loop control of clutch pressure, • Managing the adaption strategies required for clutch pressure control, Clutch pressure control tracking • diagnostics.
