AUTO PARK LOCK FEATURE OF DCT 15. Auto park lock feature prevents from unwanted movement of vehicle in specific conditions. Condition1: Auto park lock activated automatically when the driver absence is detected i.e. in below conditions. 1. Engine On and gear shift lever at Neutral position & 2. Seat belt is unbuckled & 3. Vehicle speed less than 1 km/hr & 4. Driver door open is detected & 5. Accelerator and brake pedal not pressed condition. Instrument cluster will displayed below warning message: “Auto park active Ensure Handbrake” Auto Park lock is deactivate again when brake or accelerator input detected and gear shift lever position change is detected. Condition2: Auto park lock activated automatically when lever is at P position. Condition3: Auto Park lock activated when ignition is turned off when lever positon is other than N position.
