Slide the lock bush into the transmission 3. housing 4. Install two washers and the two lock bush bolts. 5. Manually turn the bolts for at least two full rotations before using a tightening tool. 6. Tighten the lock bush bolts to the final torque level specified in the External Specification using a calibrated tightening tool Place an unused seal over the pin and into the 7. bush.A new seal is necessary because the seal opening for shaft interface is greased. 8. Use tool T-CD-3 to gently tap the seal until end stop. 9. Install the sensor onto the transmission. Fit bolts through the sensor into the housing. 10. Manually turn the bolts for at least two full 11. rotations before using a tightening tool. Tighten the sensor bolts to the final torque level 12. specified in the External Specification using a calibrated tightening tool. NOTE Ensure correct orientation of the sensor.
