FITMENT 1. Position a new TCU mounting bracket. 2. Fit the two bolts throught the bracket. 3. Manually turn the bolts for at least two full rotations before using a tightening tool. 4. Tighten the TCU mounting bracket bolts to the final torque level specified in the External Specification using a calibrated tightening tool. 5. Place the TCU on the bracket and the housing. 6. Fit the three bolts through the TCU. 7. Manually turn the bolts for at least two full rotations before using a tightening tool. 8. Tighten the TCU bolts to the final torque level specified in the External Specification using a calibrated tightening tool. 9. Clip the cable harness onto the TCU mounting bracket. Re-connect the external cable harness 10. connector to the TCU. Ensure the cable connector lever is in the 11. locked position.
