L. OIL FILTER REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE 1. Remove the LH side. 2. Drain the Oil from DCT Unit (Refer Oil Draining procedure). 3. Remove the Oil sump. 4. Remove Oil Filter. 5. Replace the Oil Filter with new one. 6. Mount the Oil filter tube into the suction port of the oil pump and press it further until stop. 7. Place the Oil pan gasket onto the flange of the Transmission housing. 8. Mount the Oil pan onto the gasket and fix it with the 16 bolts. 9. Manually turn the bolts for at least two full rotations before using a tightening tool. Tighten all bolts to the final torque specified 10. using a calibrated tightening tool. NOTE Oil pan gasket should be replace whenever oil filter is replace. Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) 42
