OIL COOLER REMOVAL I. 1. Remove Battery & Battery Tray (Refer Battery & Battery Tray removal procedure). 2. Remove mountings on Fuse Box & Dislocate it. (Refer Battery & Battery Tray removal procedure). 3. Disconnect inlet & outlet hose connections from oil cooler. 4. Remove four mountings on Oil Cooler & take out oil cooler. 5. Remove Gasket. FITMENT Follow reverse procedure for fitment. NOTE: Replace the gasket while fitment. J. DCT WIRING HARNESS REMOVAL 1. Remove Battery & Battery Tray. 2. Remove Air Filter & Air Filter Mtg. Bracket. 3. Dislocate Fuse Box. 4. Remove DCT Wiring Harness. Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) 39
