VI. REMOVAL OF TIMING BELT 1. Insert the flywheel locking pin to lock the flywheel. 2. Remove the vibration damper pulley. 3. Remove the front timing cover. 4. Remove the bottom front timing covers on LH & RH sides. 5. Remove the head cover assembly along with camshaft position sensor.
