2. RADIATOR REMOVAL 1. Drain the coolant and remove the coolant tank. (For procedure refer “Coolant replacement” in Engine Maintenance section) Remove the front bumper. (Refer front bumper 2. removal procedure from Body section). 3. Disconnect the electrical connections of the cooling fan shroud. 4. Remove radiator inlet and outlet hoses. 5. Disconnect the refrigerant inlet and return lines 6. Disconnect the overflow tube from radiator to auxiliary tank. 7. Remove mounting bolts and set the intercooler aside. CAUTION Never leave the condenser lines open • immediately cover them with caps, otherwise the desiccant which is in-built in the condenser may absorb the moisture from surrounding air and get contaminated Diesel Engine Ph-2 (CAFÉ) 113
