D. COOLING SYSTEM ON VEHICLE REPAIRS 1. INTERCOOLER REMOVAL Remove the front bumper. (Refer front bumper 1. removal procedure from Body section). 2. Loosen spring clamp and disconnect the intercooler inlet and outlet hoses. 3. Loosen and remove the 2 bolts and take out the intercooler assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse. NOTE Flushing operation for cleaning the catalytic • converter should be done by directing dry compressed air draft in the direction of catalytic converter inlet, after removing it from the vehicle.
