5. Fit the piston cooling nozzle to the crankcase. Use new gasket when refitting the cooling nozzle. 6. Match the lug of thrust washer with block. Insert the thrust washers from 3rd bearing from 7. cylinder block and place the upper bearing shell. (Apply the coat of engine oil.) 8. Place the crankshaft into the crankcase. 9. Insert the hollow dowels (8 no.s) into the crankcase. Assemble the lower bearing shell to the on the 10. bedplate. (Apply the coat of engine oil.)
