Remove the Pivot bracket mounting to BIW 20. mounting 4 bolts LH/RH. Lower the supporting Fixture with RTB. 21. Once the coil springs are sufficiently relaxed 22. and free to move remove them and now the RTB can be removed from the vehicle along with PHR and pivot brackets attached to it. Remove the twist beam cross bolt on both 23. sides. Twist beam bush removal. 24. Remove twist beam front pivot bush using 25. special tools as shown in below arrangement. NOTE Apply soap water to the bush and the bore • of twist beam assembly before installation. Tightening of RTB on body to be done in • preloading condition.
