1.2L REVOTRON TWIN CYLINDER CNG ENGINE 62 VIII. Receptacle Valve Filter Mesh Replacement REMOVAL Changing frequency: Once in a year / if Damaged. 1. Inspect the receptacle valve mesh filter for damage/blockages. 2. Remove the receptacle valve from vehicle. 3. Remove the O-Ring. 4. Hold the receptacle and remove the circlip (wire mesh) manually by plier as shown. 5. Remove the filter wire mesh from receptacle by reverse direction. Follow below steps for assembling the receptacle. 1. Insert new filter wire mesh manually on their seats in the receptacle and confirm filter wire mesh duly inserted into its seat. Do not use removed filter wire mesh and avoid mixing of new filter wire mesh with removed one. 2. Insert circlip on its seat in the receptacle body and confirm circlip is duly inserted into its seat. Do not damaged circlip and avoid mixing of new circlip with removed one. 3. Hold the Receptacle and insert new O-Ring Ø9.13x2.62 into receptacle body by hand.
