Remove the cylinder valve from the cylinder 20. using a torque wrench & special tightening tool (Part No: 5442 5890 47 01). Ensure that the moon valve threads are free 21. from burrs, Teflon tape and any irregularities. Replace the moon valve with new one in case 22. moon valve is faulty. Remove the stem protection cap / cylinder 23. neck ”O-Ring” from the valve thread. Ensure that the Cylinder threads are free from 24. burrs, Teflon tape and any irregularities. Leave first one or two threads uncovered and 25. apply the recommended Swagelok Teflon tape in clockwise across the threading with spiral moment till end of the thread & come back again with same moment till 1st thread again have 2nd round of tape application in same manner through & fro (4 to 6 uniform layers).
