• CNG HP PIPE REMOVAL 1. Park the vehicle with brakes ON and duel selector switch is kept in CNG mode. 2. Disconnect battery negative cable. 3. Disconnect the electrical connections of solenoid. 4. Manually turn of the tank valve and connect the TML tester tool and start the service “Empty CNG lines. 5. Slowly loosen the nut on both side of the cylinder valve which connects the high pressure line to the stainless steel connectors on the cylinder valve. 6. Disconnect the inlet HP pipe from cylinder valve. 7. Loosen fasteners of parking brake cable mounting bracket and move aside. 8. Loosen and Disconnect the HP line from under body. 9. Remove the HP pipe rear suitably. Loosen the connector and disconnect the HP 10. line at HP regulator side. Remove the HP pipe front from engine in side. 11. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse. Conduct leak detection test after. • Top up the Coolant and do de-aeration. • R. MOON VALVE REMOVAL / REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE Moon valve removal is applicable in following two cases. 1. In Case Of Gas Leakage from Moon Valve 2. Moon Valve Not Operating properly 1. TOOLS REQUIRE CAUTION There may be residual pressure in the high pressure line which could get relieved during this operation.
