6. Remove the mounting bolts and take out the regulator wit bracket. 7. Remove the Regulator from bracket by removing mounting bolts. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse. Conduct leak detection test after. • Top up the Coolant and do de-aeration. • • CRADLE REMOVAL 1. Remove the CNG cylinder (refer the cylinder removal procedure). 2. Remove all six M10 mounting screws from the cradle and vehicle body. 3. Remove the cradle assembly carefully without damaging the other parts. FITMENT 1. For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse. 2. Apply applicable torque on the fasteners as given in the torque table given in this manual. 3. Follow process for tightening of high pressure nut as given in this manual. NOTE In-case of clamp removed on CNG LP hose between regulator & Filter, also replace LP hose connecting regulator & Filter. NOTE Get the CNG Cylinders checked and • recertified after every 3 years or as per the latest CVMR rules at Govt approved test agencies mentioned in this Manual. Never fill CNG cylinders with air, LPG or any • fuel except CNG.
