BODY 27 2. MOTOR ASSY, SLIDING ROOF attachment and dettachment method: CAUTION No misalignment of Mechanism ASM LH/RH Marking 1. Remove the Headlining. 2. Remove SCREW, SLIDING ROOF MOTOR (B) from FRAME ASM (A). 3. Remove E-Drive ASM (C) 4. For attachment follow the reverse procedure of dettachment. a. Adjust E-Drive ASM (C) orientation to holes on Frame ASM (A). No rotation of EDrive ASM(C) after engaging with cabels b. SCREW, SLIDING ROOF GLASS (B) fix with specified torque. 5. Initialize ROOF ASSY,SLIDING 6. Check the operation for all Glass Assy (A) positioning. (Tilt up / Down, Open / Close) 3. SUNSHADE ASSY, SLIDING ROOF attachment and dettachment method: CAUTION No Dirt or no stains on Sunshade and No Missing Assembly of Shade stopper. 1. Remove the GLASS ASSY, SLIDING ROOF. 2. Remove the Headlining. 3. Remove the ROOF ASSY, SLIDING. 4. Put out STOPPER, SLIDING ROOF SUNSHADE (B) from FRAME ASM (C). 5. Disengage CHANNEL,SLIDING ROOF DRAIN (D) flange with minus driver from MECHANISM ASM (E) No breakage of CHANNEL, SLIDING ROOF DRAIN FLANGE 6. Slide both SUNSHADE ASSY, SLIDING ROOF (A) and CHANNEL, SLIDING ROOF DRAIN (D) to rear side. 7. Slide until (D) disengage from rail, Put out (D) 8. Slide until (A) disengage from rail, Put out (A) a. Engage the Sunshade Shoe into the rail section. b. Slide the SUNSHADE ASSY, SLIDING ROOF (A) until CHANNEL,SLIDING ROOF DRAIN (D) can be engaged. c. Slide together both (A) and (D) To close condition. d. Slide together both (A) and (D) To close condition. e. Engage CHANNEL, SLIDING ROOF DRAIN (D) flange to MECHANISM ASM (E) f. Engage CHANNEL,SLIDING ROOF DRAIN (D) flange to MECHANISM ASM (E) g. Insert STOPPER, SLIDING ROOF SUNSHADE (B) in RAIL.
