BODY 26 K. ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING 1. . GLASS ASSY,SLIDING ROOF attachment and dettachment method: CAUTION Work so as not to scratch on body while detachment and no scratches on body, attachment part while attachment. 1. Bring the Glass Assy (A) to close condition. 2. Remove SCREW, SLIDING ROOF GLASS (B) from Glass Assy (A). 3. Lift and remove Glass Assy (A). 4. For attachment follow the reverse procedure of dettachment. a. Adjust Glass Assy (A) orientation to make Glass mark to Rear RH side. b. Adjust height of Glass Assy (A) with Roof. c. Centering of Glass Assy (A) in the Roof opening. d. SCREW, SLIDING ROOF GLASS (B) fix with specified torque. 5. Initialize ROOF ASSY, SLIDING. 6. Check the operation for all Glass Assy (A) positioning. (Tilt up / Down, Open / Close) 7. Water Leak check in Glass Assy (A) close condition CAUTION Do not squeeze the tip of the hose and sprinkle water on the sealing area.
