BODY 23 6 Ignition "OFF" and getting out of the Vehicle: After successfully doing Step 6 Ignition "OFF" by using Start Button. Please wait in the vehicle for 5 sec without opening Doors and Side windows after "OFF" the Ignition. After 5 sec get out of the Vehicle by opening the door. OFF Door Open 4. ROOF ASSY, SLIDING (A) without GLASS ASSY (B) attachment and dettachment method: CAUTION No Scratches or damage while attachment or detachment. 1. Remove the Glass Assy (B). 2. Remove the Headlining. 3. Loosen all ROOF ASSY,SLIDING FLANGE 1 NUT M6 (C) AND 8 BOLT M6 (F) (Do not put out the screws) 4. Put out ROOF ASSY,SLIDING FLANGE NUT M6 (C) AND BOLT M6 (F) except (D),(E) location nut 5. Holding the unit in upper direction put out (D),(E) location bolts a. Take care of the unit fallout 6. Remove the unit b. Make sure (A) is parallel while removing. 7. For attachment follow the reverse procedure of dettachment. c. Engage the Datum pins (X) and (Y) on to Roof Datum Holes d. Loose fix all ROOF ASSY, SLIDING FLANGE NUT M6 (C) By holding unit . e. Torque the ROOF ASSY, SLIDING FLANGE NUT M6 (C) at location (D), (E) Near to the datum. f. Remaining Location ROOF ASSY, SLIDING FLANGE NUT M6 (C) fix with specified torque.
