BODY 22 3. Re-Initialization and Teach process to be done on the vehicle. The following steps are necessary to Initialize and Teach the module that has been previously Initialized and Taught. Step Action Start Button (Ignition) Door & Side Windo Condition 1 Get In the vehicle: In a no engine start condition get in the Vehicle. OFF Close or Open 2 Ignition "ON" and Check of all Doors and Side Windows Close Condition: <Better Operation> If it is ok to switch on the engine, it would be better to do this Step while switching on the engine instead of Ignition "ON" After Ignition "ON", if any Doors or Side Windows are opened close them all. ON Close or Open >>> Close 3 Making GPA Close Condition: Check for the GPA (Glass Panel Assy) moving condition by using Close switch. Move GPA to Close position and release the hand from the Close switch. Confirm setting condition of GPA before going to next step. GPA condition must be matching vehicle body on Close position. ON Close 4 Re-initialization of reference position: Press hold the CLOSE SWITCH until the glass panel assembly make a Quick one action. Quick one action After about 10 sec with holding CLOSE SWITCH switch, the GPA shall happen the quick one action. The GPA move to more Tilt up position side and comes back to Tilt up position momentarily. After Quick one action, release the hand from the CLOSE switch soon. Caution If quick one action is no happened during about 30sec, re-initialization has been failed. Start again from Beginning of Step 5. ON Close 5 Teaching (Learning of sliding load): This step shall be pushing the CLOSE SWITCH again within 4 sec after completing Quick one action. Hold on this CLOSE switch till finish learning of sliding load. GPA shall move automaticaly as below during teaching. Tilt up position ⇒ Close position ⇒ Full Open position ⇒ Close position (finish). After visually checking for Close position (finish) as above is certainly achieved then Release the hand from the CLOSE SWITCH. Caution If there is no automatic action of GPA over 5 sec, the teaching has been failed. Start again from Beginning of Step 5. ON Close
