• CRADLE REMOVAL 1. Remove the CNG cylinder (refer the cylinder removal procedure). 2. Remove all six M10 mounting screws from the cradle and vehicle body. 3. Remove the cradle assembly carefully without damaging the other parts. FITMENT 1. For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse. 2. Apply applicable torque on the fasteners as given in the torque table given in this manual. 3. Follow process for tightening of high pressure nut as given in this manual. R. MOON VALVE REMOVAL / REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE Moon valve removal is applicable in following two cases. 1. In Case Of Gas Leakage from Moon Valve 2. Moon Valve Not Operating properly 1.
