1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE (DCT) 46 FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. NOTE All joints to be first aligned and hand tightened. Catcon and front assembly to be fully tightened before bracket tightened on C mount joint. 1. Tighten the Catcon and front assembly 2. Tighten the mounting bolt of front pipe on C mount bracket NOTE Use new gaskets every time while fitment and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque. CLOSED COUPLED CATALYTIC CONVERTER 3. Remove the mounting bolts of the front exhaust pipe and disconnect front pipe. 4. Disconnect electrical connection to both lambda sensor. 5. Remove the heat shield of CCC.
