1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE (DCT) 45 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST ASSY. REMOVAL 1. Remove the mounting bolts of the Intermediate exhaust pipe at front. 2. Loosen and remove the bolt of clamp and disconnect the two pipe assembly along with the main silencer from Intermediate pipe. 3. Remove all supporting rubber hangers on the silencer. 4. Remove the Intermediate exhaust assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. NOTE Use new gaskets every time while fitment and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque. FRONT PIPE REMOVAL 1. Remove the mounting bolts of the Intermediate exhaust pipe at front. 2. Remove the mounting bolts of the exhaust pipe front. 3. Remove mounting bolt of front pipe on C mount bracket. 4. Remove front pipe.
