Fix the dial gauge and check crankshaft axial 13. play. It should be within specified limit (0.1 to 0.3 mm). Check for free rotational torque. 14. Apply the sealant on outer surface of the oil 15. seal. Assemble Crankcase Rear Cover with Rear oil 16. seal. Locate and Lock the flywheel as shown using 17. special tool. Assemble flywheel by tightening mounting 18. bolts. Insert the balancer shaft into the bed plate. 19. NOTE Ensure the crankshaft is free in rotation. Ensure the dowel pin. NOTE Mating surfaces of crankcase and rear cover should be cleaned. Apply grease on crankshaft rear cover gasket.
