If power healthy -Replace TCU & Recheck the above steps 4 Check ignition and battery power connections of TCU (check toggling of ignition voltage with key ON-OFF). Also check CAN communication wires. Is power and CAN communication healthy? Go to step 5 Rectify the connections 5 a>Replace clutch speed sensor b&c&d>Replace/Rectify the problematic clutch component Recheck the above steps Replace the transmission (including kit) Recheck the above steps - the following points by referring TCU parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. After key ON with TML TC Drive the vehicle through all gears in both Automatic and Manual modes Ensure no DTC is active and Transmission Fault Lamp is OFF.
