Remove the water bypass tube by removing 2 bolts and pulling out by special tool. SPECIAL TOOL Tool-Water pipe installation – 5424 5890 20 02 8. Disconnect and remove the hose connecting oil cooler inlet and water pump. 9. Remove the water pump by removing the four fasteners. 10. Disconnect the oil cooler outlet hose and remove the two mounting bolts to take out the oil cooler assembly.
