ENGINE 97 29.Assemble the dip stick and tighten bolts (1 and 2) 30.Assemble the EGR outlet pipe. 31.Assemble the outlet and inlet hoses of EGR cooler assembly 32.Install the solenoid valve and connect the vacuum hoses between solenoid valve and EGR cooler assembly. NOTE Replace the vacuum hose with a new one whenever it is removed. 33.Locate the EGR pipe at both the ends and hand tighten the bolts/ nuts. Then tighten it at both the ends to the specified torque 34.Assemble the turbocharger assembly (For procedure refer exhaust system section)
