GEAR BOX 6450 34 7. Slide the 1st , 2nd engaging gear sub assembly on main shaft. 8. Insert the spacer. 9. Push the bush with the help of suitable drift and slide needle cage bearing. 10. Slide the 1st gear sub assembly and triple synchro cone pack over the main shaft. NOTE: Measure the triple synchro cone gap with the help of feeler gauge. Tolerance specification for gap is 1.15 mm to 1.40 mm. 11. Insert the spacer.
