Check if any dust or particles are present in FAN duct air path which can cause air blockage. If FAN is not working, then charging tripping can happen due to fan damage. Smart phone back cover thickness should not exceed 1mm as it will not halt charging. Metallic cover may halt the charging function. Check if Wireless charger is correctly fitted with trim maintaining the gap of <3 from charger surface to anti-skid mat surface and flushness of 0.5mm i.e gap between trim and ECU surface. No waviness shall be observed on Anti-skid mat surface.
