KRYOTEC ENGINE 106 8. Push the piston assemblies into the cylinders using mallet. NOTE Ensure that the arrow mark on the piston crown is towards the exhaust manifold side and facing at Engine Front of the block. 9. Verify serial numbers on connecting rod bearing caps and connecting rods. 10. Turn the Crankshaft to adjust the position of the pistons and install the connecting rod bearing cap mounting bolts. NOTE Use new bolts while installing. 11. Apply sealant to the cover. Install the crankshaft oil seal cover. NOTE Clean the excess sealant from the mating surface of the oil seal retainer. Use new bolt while installing. 12. Fit the crankshaft oil seal. NOTE Use new seal while installing. 13. Install oil pump. NOTE Use new bolts and gasket while installing. 14. Install oil pump oil seal. (Drift -: 5412 5890 0616). NOTE Use new seal while installing.
