Speed sensor must be removed from the packing just prior to installation in the vehicle. 4. Fix with only partially self-sealing cylindrical screw M6X12 DIN 912-8. 5. Sensor Wire Radius should be <=50 mm. 6. First support of wire after connection max 250 mm. 7. Angle between sensor support and Sensor exit should be less than 90° 2 Oxygen Sensor (LSF 4.2) (-40 ºC to 100 ºC) (passive) 40 - 60 Nm . 1. Use of torque wrench is highly recommended. 2. Installation angle must be inclined at least 10º towards horizontal to prevent the collection of liquids b/w sensor housing & sensor elements during cold start phase. 3. Do not use Sensor if dropped. 4. Sensor Terminal Pins should be free frommoisture/water/grease. 5. Sensor and its couplers should be covered before under body sealant or spray is applied. 6. Don’t use any kind of cleaning material at sensor plug connection. 7. After the sensor is installed, wires from the sensor should not be bent or twisted sharply. This will not allow the reference air to get in from the rear side & causes malfunctioning. 3 Coolant Temperature Sensor (TF-W) (-30 ºC to 60 ºC) 18 - 25 Nm 1. Don’t drop the sensor. 2. Protect part against rain, snow, solar radiation & store them dry, dust free storage. 4 Throt t le Posi t ion Sensor (DKG-V) (-10 ºC to 80 ºC) 1.5 - 2.5Nm
