ELECTRICAL 30 Sr No DTC No Code Description Probable causes Rectification/Repair actions 25 C130F - 31 Steering Torque Index Signal - No Signal Torque Sensor connector is disconnected / Torque Sensor signal wire is open circuit. 1) Check cables and connector for open circuit and damage from torque sensor to the ECU at torque sensor side and ECU side. if cable or connector is damaged than replace the steering column. 2) Check ECU connector pins bend/damage than replace the ECU. 3) Reset the ECU. Remove the power supply plug connector from ECU and reconnect after about 5 minutes. If DTC are still persist than replace the steering column. 26 C1315 - 54 Steering Angle - Missing Calibration EPAS Steering angle is not calibrated 1) Calibrate steering angle using steering angle calibration routine / process. If error still persists replace the steering column 27 C1315 - 64 Steering angle - Signal Plausibility Failure EPAS Steering angle is not calibrated correctly due mechanical component of steering system is out of tolerance limit. 1) Calibrate steering angle using steering angle calibration routine / process. If error still persists replace the steering column 28 C1316 - 00 Steering angle initialization error - No Sub Type Information EPAS steering angle is not initialized; therefore steering angle information is invalid. 1) Turn the steering wheel lock to lock condition and bring back to the center. 29 C1318 - 49 ASIC internal Voltage Faults - Internal Electronic Failure 1) Internal ECU failure. 1) Check the power supply connector and wiring harness from vehicle wiring harness side, if connectors and wiring are not ok than change the wiring harness / correct the wiring harness / repair the connector / change the connector. 2) Check battery voltage at power supply connector and should be > 9V. If battery voltage is not greater than 9V than repair / replace the battery. If DTC are still persist than replace ECU.
