P0643 Sensor 1 (TPS) Reference voltage supply short to battery Short Circuit to Battery ON OFF ON P0645 A/C Clutch Relay signal error Signal Error OFF OFF ON 1) Loose/ Damaged Connections. 2) Relay supply line Short circuit to Battery/ Ground. 3) Relay Control line Short circuit to Battery/ Ground. 4) Check the continuity from AC clutch Relay connector pin to the ECU pin 131. 5) Check if 12 Volts is coming to ECU pin 28 when A/C request is switched ON. 6) Check for back out of pins at ECU connector. 7) Faulty A/C Clutch Relay. 8) Faulty ECU P0646 A/C Clutch Relay short to ground Short Circuit to Ground OFF OFF ON P0647 A/C Clutch Relay short to battery Short Circuit to Battery OFF OFF ON
