P0562 System Voltage Low Minimum range OFF OFF ON P0563 System Voltage High Minimum range OFF OFF ON P0615 Starter Control Relay pin open circuit Signal Error OFF OFF ON 1) Check continuity from ECU Pin 245 to Starter Relay coil grounding pin in the relay. 2) Check for loose connections 3) Check for connection damage and back out at both the connectors ( ECU & Relay) 4) Check the supply connections of the relay as per the wiring diagram. 4) Faulty or sticky relay 5) Faulty ECU P0616 Starter Control Relay pin short to ground Short Circuit to Ground OFF OFF ON P0617 Starter Control Relay pin short to battery Short Circuit to Battery OFF OFF ON P0622 Alternator duty cycle signal not plausible Signal out of range OFF OFF ON 1) Loose /Damaged connector. 2) Alternator signal line Short to Battery/ Ground. 3)Check for back out of pins at both Alternator signal line connector and ECU connector 4) Faulty Alternator P0625 Alternator duty cycle signal short to ground Short Circuit to Ground OFF OFF ON P0626 Alternator duty cycle signal short to Battery Short Circuit to Battery OFF OFF ON
