AIR CONDITIONING 16 Remove komo plug bottom assy. from condenser by tightening the tool in tapped hole of Bottom plug and then pull outside (as shown below). 4. Remove Cartridge assembly from condenser by placing hook of the tool into the hole provided and then pull outside. (as shown below) ASSEMBLY OF CARTRIDGE 1. First assemble the cartridge by pressing it inside komo tube till it fits into groove provided in komo profile. PRECAUTION – Cartridge should not expose to atmosphere for a long time. It should be assemble immediately after removing from packaged condition. 2. Assemble komo bottom plug by pressing it above cartridge until it clears retaining ring groove. 3. Assemble retaining ring into groove with help of 4. Plier. 5. Assemble plastic frame by pressing it on the komo side manifold until all snaps are properly locked
