Automated Manual Transmission 38 Pipe from Pump to Hydraulic Speed Selection Actuator Unit Fitment: Put the pipe from the pump to the hydraulic unit back in position and tighten the connectors Assemble the pressure accumulator on hydraulic actuator unit. Refill the electro-hydraulic selection gearbox hydraulic control system, with reference to: Hydraulic system fluids for gearbox with hydraulic selection – check level and top up if necessary. Connect the Battery connections and remove the battery support / drip tray. Connect the diagnosis equipment and carry out the following operations: Hydraulic system for gearbox with hydraulic selection – Bleed air. Clutch self-calibration enablement. Grid self tuning - service. New actuators (only if the hydraulic actuation unit is being replaced). Pipe from Hydraulic Speed Selection Actuator Unit to Fluid Reservoir Removal: Disconnect the Battery connections and remove the battery support / drip tray. 1. Loosen the bands and remove the pipe from the electro- hydraulic selection hydraulic actuation unit to the fluid reservoir. Proceed very carefully when removing the pipe in order not to damage the angular connector. Pipe from Hydraulic Speed Selection Actuator Unit to Fluid Reservoir Fitment: Place the pipe from the electro-hydraulic selection hydraulic actuation unit to the fluid reservoir in position and tighten the bands. Refill the electro-hydraulic selection gearbox hydraulic control system, with reference to: Hydraulic system fluids for gearbox with hydraulic selection – check level and top up if necessary. Connect the Battery connections and remove the battery support / drip tray. Connect the diagnosis equipment and carry out the following operations: Hydraulic system for gearbox with hydraulic selection – Bleed air. Clutch self-calibration enablement.
