HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 32 5 INSTRUCTION FOR WORKING ON HV COMPONENTS ON VEHICLE: 1. Turn off the vehicle Ignition. 2. Open the bonnet of the vehicle. 3. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal & cable. 4. Open the tailgate. 5. Remove spare wheel. (For procedure, refer spare wheel removal in wheels & tyres section). 6. Loosen and remove the mounting screw and take out battery connection cover. 7. Disconnect the MSD switch of HV Battery as per procedure step. STEP 1 – Pull up the lever lock of MSD so that the lever is free to open. STEP 2 – Pull the lock on handle. STEP 3 – Pull the handle by 45 degree.
