HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 54 bolts (4 per bracket) in diagonal fashion per bracket.  Fasteners are to be pre-assembled in the sequence of : a. M10 bolt - 40 mm, 55 mm b. Spring Washer B10 c. 3D plain washer A10  4 Fastener assemblies with M10 x 40 mm bolts shall be assembled on mounting points 6, 7, 13 and 14.  10 Fastener assemblies with M10 x 55 mm bolts shall be assembled on rest of the mounting points.  Once all the bolts are hand tightened and fitment is ensured, pack is ready to be mechanically torqued .  Whilst torqueing, the bolts must be torqued in the following order to ensure correct fit of the battery pack – Tightening Torque 4.6 Kgf m (45 N m). - 06 & 13 - 14 & 7 - 05 & 12 - 08 & 1 - 02 & 9 - 11 & 4 - 03 & 10
