HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 53 3. Remove the connector and chassis ground cable connected to HV battery assembly. 4. Disconnect the connector cable of PDU to Battery. 5. Disconnect and Remove the connector and powertrain harness connected to HV battery assembly NOTE Use special tool to keep HV battery. 6. Loosen and Remove the mounting screws of HV battery assembly safely take out (use Special tool). Fitment Follow reverse procedure for HV battery assembly considering following points. Align Battery pack using Hydraulic Trolley/Scissor lift with vehicle from bottom side. Rear brackets are removed to prevent fouling with RTB before lifting the battery pack. Lift the Battery pack to match the vehicle underbody cavity and mounting holes of pack are coincided to the BIW bush holes. Once the pack is aligned, rear brackets are first re-attached at points 6 and 7 in the same fashion. All hardware’s are assembled and recommended Torque value of 45 Nm on all 8
