1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 91 FRONT PIPE WITH PRE-SILENCER REMOVAL 1. Remove the mounting bolts of the Intermediate exhaust pipe at front. 2. Remove the mounting bolts of the exhaust pipe front. 3. Remove supporting rubber hanger on the silencer. 4. Remove front pipe with pre-silencer. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. NOTE  Use new gaskets every time while fitment and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque. CLOSED COUPLED CATALYTIC CONVERTER 1. Remove the mounting bolts of the front exhaust pipe and disconnect front pipe. 2. Disconnect electrical connection to both lambda sensor. 3. Remove the heat shield of CCC.
