1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 90 REMOVAL 1. Loosen and remove the bolt of clamp and disconnect the two pipe assembly along with the main silencer from Intermediate pipe. 2. Remove the two rubber hanger. 3. Take out the main silencer assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST ASSY. REMOVAL 1. Remove the mounting bolts of the Intermediate exhaust pipe at front. 2. Loosen and remove the bolt of clamp and disconnect the two pipe assembly along with the main silencer from Intermediate pipe. 3. Remove all supporting rubber hangers on the silencer. 4. Remove the Intermediate exhaust assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. NOTE  Use new gaskets every time while fitment and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque.
