ELECTRICAL 87 6. Remove the door handle switch with wire harness. REFITMENT For refitment follow the procedure in reverse. NOTE 1. Ensure that door handle switch connector is fitted tightly and properly. 2. After replacing the door handle switch, check vehicle locking/ unlocking state changes by pressing the replaced door handle switch. 3. The smart key shall be present during door handle switch press. 4. Connect the Diagnostics tool and clear the DTCs. 23 IGNITION KEY (If Applicable) 1. FLIP KEY WITH REMOTE FUNCTIONAL DETAILS 1. Unlocking all doors. 2. Approach light/ Tailgate opening 3. Locking all doors 4. Folding key blade in/out 1. Unlocking all doors Pressing the unlock push-button (1) of remote will unlock all the Doors. 2. Approach light Press approach light button (2) once, low beam, position, roof lamp will turn ‘ON’. This feature helps to find and reach the parked vehicle or to reach home in dark/ cloudy condition after parking. Red LED will be flash on the remote. To switch ‘OFF’ the approach lights, press and re- lease the same button or it automatically turns ‘OFF’ after certain time. Tailgate Unlatch To unlatch the Tail gate, long press the approach light button (2) on remote for more than 2 sec. NOTE Tailgate once unlatched will not get lock automatically with doors.it will locked by slamming it
