SUSPENSION 37 1. Remove the rubber pad and metal washer as shown. 2. Pull the plastic cover apart. 3. Pry out the bump stopper from the shock absorber as shown. 4. Check for any oil leakage in the shock absorber, if any replace the unit.  Check bump stop for cracks and replace if any.  Check top rubber for cracks.  Check dust cover for damage and replace it if any.  ASSEMBLY OF REAR SHOCKABSORBER: 1. Refit the bump stop over the shock absorber. 2. Place the metal cover and washer over it. 3. Position the rubber pad over the assembled Unit. INSTALLATION OF REAR SHOCK ABSORBER AND COIL SPRINGS: 1. Refit the shock absorber top mounting fasteners with new nylon nut in the luggage compartment and tighten to 2.5 to 3 kgm Torque. 2. Fit and rotate the top rubber with the coil spring.
