1.5L REVOTORQ BS VI ENGINE 124 K. HIGH PRESSURE PUMP REMOVAL 1. Place the vehicle on the two post lift and engage the parking brake. 2. Open the hood (bonnet). 3. Disconnect the rubber hose connecting the air filter. 4. Remove mounting bolt and set the refrigerant line aside. 5. Remove the top timing cover mounting bolts accessible from the bonnet side. 6. Lift the vehicle and remove the RH side front mud liner. (For procedure refer body section). 7. Remove the top timing cover mounting bolts accessible from below the vehicle.
