1.5L REVOTORQ BS VI ENGINE 120 H. STARTER MOTOR REMOVAL AND FITMENT – NEED INFORMATION REMOVAL 1. Place the vehicle on the two post lift and engage the parking brake. 2. Open the hood (bonnet) of the vehicle. 3. Disconnect the negative (-) cable and then the positive (+) cable from the engine. 4. Remove the battery strap and take out the battery from the vehicle. 5. Loosen and remove the top mounting bolt of the starter motor located on the transaxle housing. 6. Lift the vehicle and remove the mounting fasteners of the starter motor shield and take out the shield. 7. Disconnect the electrical connection of the starter motor.
