1.5L REVOTORQ BS VI ENGINE 108 C. THERMOSTAT REMOVAL 1. Drain the coolant. (Refer "Coolant Replacement Procedure). 2. Disconnect the battery terminals. 3. Remove the battery. 4. Remove the battery tray. 5. Set the engine wiring harness and fuel lines aside. 6. Remove the spring band clip and disconnect the radiator hose of the thermostat. 7. Remove the mounting bolts and set aside the EVRV along with the bracket. 8. Remove the thermostat cover. 9. Remove the thermostat assembly from the water box housing. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse.
